Even if you're making an exchange or a return, we make it
easy.
Please be sure to read our refund and exchange policies.
REFUND POLICY
Any refund request needs to be received
within thirty days (30) days from the date of purchase
Refunds will be made in the form of check or a credit to
your credit card, depending upon method of payment.
Request should be in writing, dated and signed.
Refunds will be calculated by using an hourly rate of
$95.00 for all lessons taken and a service charge fee of
$50.00
ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS AFTER 30 DAYS. We will give you the
chance to take your lessons within a year from purchase.
CANCELLATION POLICY
If a student does not notify the studio of a
need to reschedule or cancel, 24 hours prior to the lesson
appointment, the student will be charged for the lesson.
There are no exceptions.
GROUP LESSONS PURCHASED AND PRIVATE LESSONS.
Please note that all dance classes purchased
will expire after a period of one year.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
Returns for refund of dance shoes will be
subject to a restocking fee of $25.00
No returns on special orders. Soiled or worn shoes will not
be accepted.
Returns for exchange will not be subject to restocking fee
but will be required to pay the shipping fee of $8.00 per
pair or per item.
DELIVERY:
Upon receiving your order and verifying payment
information, you can expect your order to be shipped within
one week if your shoes are available in our inventory.
Custom orders and special orders make take as long as 3-4
weeks for delivery.
Shoe orders are processed as soon as received. Email will
be sent to our customers to give estimate of delivery.
